Description: A minimal version of The RPM Package Manager (RPM) with the ability to verify
Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) signatures on packages. It's installed into its
own prefix at /usr/lib/pqrpm to avoid clashing with the default RPM installation.
Its only purpose is to allow DNF to verify packages carrying PQC signatures and
is not intended for general use.
